Affiliate Program Terms: Forseo (Apex Build Tech Inc.)

1. 1. Who we are

   These terms are between you ("Affiliate") and Apex Build Tech Inc., operating as Forseo ("we"). By applying, you agree to them.

2. 2. Approval

   We review every application by hand. We can approve or reject anyone for any reason.

3. 3. Your status

   You are an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent, or partner. You choose how and when to promote Forseo and you pay your own costs. You cannot sign contracts or make promises on our behalf.

4. 4. Referrals

   Once approved, you get a unique link. A referral counts when a new contractor creates a Forseo account using your link. Existing accounts do not count, and neither does an account owned or controlled by you. Our tracking records are final.

5. 5. Commission

   You earn 20% of the monthly plan price (before taxes) of each referred contractor, every month, for as long as their subscription is active and paid:

   • Starter ($39): $7.80 per month
   • Momentum ($79): $15.80 per month
   • Scale ($199): $39.80 per month
   • Velocity ($249): $49.80 per month
   • Enterprise ($559): $111.80 per month

   If the contractor upgrades or downgrades, your commission changes with their plan. No commission is earned for any period that is unpaid, past due, canceled, or refunded.

6. 6. Payments

   Commissions are paid once a month, around the 10th, by e-transfer or PayPal. If a payment is refunded or charged back, we reverse that commission and may deduct it from future payouts. We may hold your payout until you give us the payment and tax information we need.

7. 7. Taxes

   You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings, including income tax and any sales tax that applies. We do not withhold taxes, except where the law requires it. We may ask for your tax details (for example a SIN or business number in Canada) and we may report your payments to tax authorities as required by law.

8. 8. Disclose that you earn a commission

   Every time you promote Forseo, clearly say you earn a commission if people sign up. Put it near the link, where people see it before they click (for example "I earn a commission if you sign up," or #ad). A link alone is not disclosure. Follow the advertising laws where you and your audience are, including US FTC rules and Canadian Competition Bureau and Ad Standards guidelines.

9. 9. No spam

   Do not send unsolicited emails, texts, or messages. Follow anti-spam laws such as Canada's CASL and the US CAN-SPAM Act. Only contact people who have agreed to hear from you.

10. 10. Honest promotion

    Do not promise income or results we have not stated. Do not say you work for Forseo. No fake reviews, fake signups, or misleading ads. Do not bid on "Forseo" or our trademarks in paid ads. Use our name and logo only as we provide them.

11. 11. Ending

    Either of us can end this agreement at any time by email. We can suspend or end it immediately for a breach or fraud, and we can cancel unpaid commissions from fraudulent or rule-breaking referrals. After it ends, valid commissions you already earned are still paid under section 6, and you must remove all Forseo links and materials.

12. 12. Changes

    We may update these terms and will notify you by email. If you continue in the program, you accept the update. Commissions already earned are not affected.

13. 13. Responsibility

    You are responsible for your own content and promotion. We provide the program "as is." We are not responsible for lost earnings or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to valid commissions we have not yet paid you.

14. 14. Governing law

    The laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
